4” Cable Pulley
4-inch cable pulley built from two cold rolled steel stampings riveted together with six evenly spaced rivets. The alternate CH-PU04 profile suits specific bracket or clamp mounting geometries that differ from CH-PU02, allowing contractors to match the correct pulley configuration to the specific hardware assembly on each door. The heat-treated inner ring resists groove wear over extended service. Zinc plating protects against corrosion. The 4-inch diameter provides a gentle cable bend angle, reducing cable fatigue and extending cable service life compared to smaller-diameter pulleys.
