3-inch cable pulley constructed from two cold rolled steel stampings riveted together with six evenly spaced rivets for uniform load distribution around the wheel. The heat-treated inner ring resists wear from continuous cable contact, extending service life across tens of thousands of cycles. Zinc plating provides corrosion resistance in the high-humidity garage environment.
