3-inch cable pulley for residential sectional door cable routing, constructed from two cold rolled steel stampings riveted with six proportionally spaced rivets. The alternate CH-PU03 profile provides a different clamp geometry or bracket mounting configuration from CH-PU01, giving contractors the correct match for specific door hardware assemblies. The heat-treated inner ring maintains cable groove integrity through years of continuous use. Zinc plating delivers corrosion protection in the garage environment. Designed for use alongside standard residential torsion spring hardware and cable drum assemblies.
